The Trillium Fund was established at The Oregon Community Foundation
in 1999. The fund focuses on projects in Newberg and communities
within 15 miles of Newberg. The purpose of this fund is to:
- Support
practical projects that will give people the encouragement, skills,
and support they need to be capable volunteers and will actively
involve volunteers in improving the community;
- Support activities
that promote positive youth development, enrich the lives of
young people, and help children become productive, compassionate
and healthy citizens.
Grants will be made to nonprofit 501(c)(3)
organizations for time-limited support for special projects,
rather than for ongoing operating support.
Interested applicants should complete and return the application
form, a brief project narrative, and required attachments to The
Oregon Community Foundation by Friday, February 15, 2008.
