The Skyrman Techno Fund of The Oregon Community Foundation was established by Wally Skyrman to provide financial resources to science and industrial arts teachers (grades 4-12) in Jackson County. The purpose of this fund is to:

• Support extra-curricular activities or programs that engage students in innovative, hands-on educational activities in the technical arts.
